Free 1st Aid Training
Free CPR training including using a defibrillator.
Rushcliffe Borough Council are offering free CPR and Defib training to coaches and on and off water volunteers at the club.

During the sessions, participants will learn how to restart a heart – checking the airway, giving rescue breaths, as well as learn how to use a defibrillator, which will include a practical element of using a ‘dummy’ defibrillator. The idea is to increase the number of people having this basic life skill and to install confidence should anyone be faced with an emergency situation.
Please note this is NOT a certified course, there are limited spaces at each session and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If demand is high Rushcliffe will arrange some additional sessions in the New Year.
