Nigel Stevenson 'Newark Loop' Results

The 2022 Nigel Stevenson Memorial Race (Newark Loop), organised by Grant Anderson, proved to be a very cold event with the temperature never moving above zero for the morning! 30 NKC paddlers raced with James Russell, once again, leading the field as well as winning the K1 class. Joe Enoch and Huw Singleton held off some serious senior competition to win both the K2 and Junior K2 class. Levels were low with the weir too low to shoot but there was still plenty of flow on the last section back to the finish!
